The flavors he brings to you are those of our grandmothers who cooked simple meals with the ingredients the land gave them. Each dish is the discovery of a memory, like diving into the past and making long lost memories revive. Memories of a long lost time when happiness was made of small and savory moments spent with the family.

The chef likes to bring back all the typical traditional farmer dishes : tomato sauce with pork, pasta with chickpeas, broad beans soup and scacce (a traditional baked dish).
He will teach you how to cook all these savoury dishes, unveiling our grandmothers’ secrets and transmitting you his love for our cooking.

You won’t miss moments dedicated to traditional sweets which have become a heritage of our land and recipes that are disappearing in the rush to consumerism.
